Paulette's husband died of cancer and she found herself as a widow, with young children. God sustained her through her mourning and taught her to lean into Him more each day. She believes that without the help of God, she most definitely would've sunk into a hole of depression and selfish pity. She now is an instructor at Guyana's only university school.
